Margarita O'Neill-Arana

Margarita O'Neill-Arana, M.Ed, Ed.D., is the Director of the Children's Behavioral Health Knowledge Center at the Massachusetts Department of Mental Health. She received her doctorate of education in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, her master's of education in Counselor Education from Boston State College, and her bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Universidad de Puerto Rico. She also holds a certificate in Primary Care Behavioral Health from UMass Chan Medical School.
